Introducing, the Goal-Getters Guide, a four-week coaching program designed just for you! It's time to get crystal clear on what you want, why you want it and how you're going to get there. It's time to start living, breathing and working with intention, purpose and clarity. It's time to step into your highest, goal-purposed self.
The program consists of four weekly coaching sessions with Tori, accompanied by a daily dose of thought-provoking journaling prompts and motivating, reassuring affirmations. Throughout the program Tori will be by your side, holding your hand and cheering you on with 24/7 voice/text message support available, answering your pressing questions and helping you push through those mental barriers, hype you up for the best results and celebrate all your wins!
By the end of these four weeks, you will walk away a better, stronger, more purpose-driven version of yourself. The woman who knows exactly what she wants, who has the motivation and determination to do what it takes and is equipped with the tools and knowledge to do exactly what she needs to get these results!
Week 1- Everything You Need to Succeed
Our first week together is all about getting to know each other and reflecting on exactly where you are now. This week we will discuss both the best and worst parts of your life right now, we'll chat about the psychology behind creating change and you'll get to know some of my favourite evidence-based tools and how to use them in the most effective way.
Week 2- Tell Me What You Want! (What you really, really want!)
This where the fun begins! Week two and we are diving in! Let's create an epic vision of the best version of you, free from self-imposed restraints, limiting beliefs and fear. This week you are going to create the most exciting, ambitious and inspiring goals, the goals you need to reach in order to create real, meaningful change in your life.
Week 3- Why oh Why?
Week three and it's time to chat motivation. What is going to get you out of bed every morning, even when it's rainy and cold? This week we are going deep in order to connect with your highest purpose. By the end of this week, you’re going to be crystal clear on what you want and why you want it.
Week 4- This is How We Do It!
It's our fourth and final week and now it's time to talk details. This week is all about the 'how'. How you are going to move towards your goals, how you are going to stay on track and how you will step into your highest self. We're going to focus on routine, habits and taking little baby steps every single day to get you to exactly where you want to be.
